Why a logo ?

You maybe wondering why a blog needs a logo at all - but there are so many women’s health blogs out there all seemingly the same and I wanted to distinguish our site a bit.

The logo is the first step in creating a unique identity and brand for this blog which I feel will separate us from the rest.

Everyone working on this blog has put in the effort to create meaningful original post that are researched and thought provoking — and the design of the site should be no different !!

A standard word press template would not do ! So our logo will set the stage for an original layout and bright fresh colors and a original header to bring it all together.

In the end our readers know that the Yeahtips.com blog is different from the rest with original recipes and health tips and interesting post - and soon original and fun design !!

So I would appreciate any feedback on the final logo designs because at Yeahtips we value our readers opinions and are building a great blog with your input !!

So I have some time left before I truly select a winner but I am down to just two concepts and the winner will be one of these - please take a look and let me know which of these logos you would think best fits the blog.

Well I am always working to improve the site and I felt it was time for our own unique logo. So this week We will be running a logo contest and all readers of Yeahtips.com are encouraged to vote on our logo which will set the tone for a redesign with more color and energy in the next few weeks.

Well the blog has been live for a few months and recently we have increased our post , moved to a new server,switched the look and feel around.

• We will be adding a store for Yoga DVDs and Yoga Music soon this will allow for credit secure card purchase from Yeahtips.com.
• Behind the scenes we are working with marketing partners to offset some of our cost with advertising revenue as well as adding the store to the site.

We are going full force with our post into the school season and are hoping for a healthy and happy fall season.

We have some new team members and you can read about everyone in our about us section !

Hello - Luke Jeffrey Smith here and I handle most of the marketing and monitization of this blog while Brenda is really the daily tips writer.

To promote the blog and I am just getting started with www.stumbleupon.com for only $.05 a click and seeing some good results users like italianrose69 can rate your site, write reviews,blog and that will in turn add some buzz to your blog or site.

So far I have gender targeting and age targeting in play and see a 76% approval rating which is good and I hope to bring that up with better posting and good content.

As far as the money well … I am not seeing conversions with my Market Health ads but then again I am not buying tons of traffic as I am just slowly launching this blog.
