Caffeine Can Get You Down

However, did you know that drinking a lot of caffeine can irritate your bladder? If you’re one to get UTIs (urinary tract infections) a lot, then you should probably consider kicking caffeine to the curb.
If you must get your java fix (or soda fix, for that matter) just try to cut back. Drink no more than two caffeinated beverages a day and balance it out by drinking plenty of water. Unless you have a series bladder problem, your body should be able to deal with the caffeine this way.
