Well we have reached our one year anniversary at The Yeahtips.com and what a year it has been! This post will be number 242 at yeahtips.com and we loved writing ever single post. I started this blog last April with hopes that we could bring quality women’s health tips to the web with our own voice and style. Beyond general health tips for woman we offer many holistic health and wellness tips,vegetarian alternatives to common recipes, and much more.
Since starting this blog I have been inspired to lose 20 lbs using many of the recipes and health tips from the blog as well as adopting a more holistic and alternative approach to wellness. This blog has been a real game changer in my health. Sustainable and meaningful weight loss is never easy and a few of the ways I have been able to reach my goals are with regular cardio exercise , Plyometric Training, natural liquid supplements, meditation music,aroma therapy. Everyone is different and it is our hopes that by reading our blog you might find your own path towards wellness.
Since starting we have added new team members changed our look and feel, added our new logo, developed ways to monetize the blog, and moved from A Wordpress Hosted blog to finding our way to our second hosting company in one year.
I wanted to thank Jackie our resident writer at Yeahtips these past few months for all her hard work. She has been a big part of our growing membership. It was Jackie’s Idea to throw a contest a few posts back and today we start our very first contest.
