Easy Low-Fat Cauliflower Recipes

This has got to be one of my favorite cauliflower recipes of all time! It’s so quick and easy–not to mention super yummy and nutritious.
Cauliflower and cheese
Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup non-fat milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
